Both nova 3 and 3i comes with 2 front facing camera and 2 rear camera with AI feature on the both.Both has a metallic body with dynamic colours and made up of Glass.Both have many modes on camera and video shoot.

Nova 3 comes with Kirin 970 processer.
It has many varient.The varient launched in Nepal is of 6gb Ram and 128 Gb storage.It has hybrid simslot so that you can either use 1 sim and 1 sd card or 2 simcards.It has AI features,fingerprint sensor,fast face unlock,AR mode,notch,19:9 aspect ratio,etc.
This flagship phone will surely give the strong competition with Oneplus 6 and Asus Zenfone 5z.

Nova3i is a midrange phone by huawei and is best among it's competitors.
Nova 3i comes with Kirin 710 processer.

So,if you are searching for flagship killer phone go for Nova 3 and if you want a decent midrange phone go for Nova3i.
